Wrenfield is run by its two founders — Ed and Patrick, both Cardiff locals. Ed looks after the company and the guarantees: the solicitor-drafted agreements that make "guaranteed" mean exactly that. Patrick runs the properties and the guest operation — sourcing, standards, and the weekly care each home gets. We're building a small portfolio of exceptional serviced apartments in the city we live in, which only works if your property is kept like it's ours. That's the business model, not a promise.
